🩷 Menhera/Yami Kawaii Girl🩷

I am someone who advocates for both mental and physical health wellbeing. I am a disabled and neurodivergent adult who tries my best at understanding how to support many conditions and disabilities, I do research on different ailments and struggles on my own, even if I do not have them myself. Because, I know what it is like to not have someone get what is happening with you.

It can be frustrating, having to repeat yourself about what affliction(s) you have. Even exhausting, describing to people what exactly you are dealing with all of the time. It's nice not only when people know in advance-- but also to have around those who are willing to take the time to learn how to support you; people who are helpful and respectful. Someone who will listen to your personal needs.

Not everyone with daily life struggles deal with them the same way, and that's ok. Being patient with others and listening to them is important because symptoms and strategies to cope with them vary from person to person.
